Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused bandanas within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Final Sale Items Custom, personalized, or sale/clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sizing To reduce returns, please refer to our detailed size guides on each product page. Measure your dog's neck and ensure a proper fit (allowing two fingers of room between the bandana and neck).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
